place an order?
Browse our easy to use store and add items to your basket as you would on any store. you have another chance to edit your bag before you pay

Payment
& Shipping
We take all major credit and debit cards, also for a quick checkout you can use Apple pay or Gpay. Unfortunately, we can't take cheques, postal orders or bank transfers. We aim to dispatch all orders received before 2pm the same day, delivery is 3 - 5 working days.

Returns
& Refunds
We want you to be delighted with your purchase from The Crystal Empire, However, if for any reason you need to return please get in touch with us via the get in touch form above, and we will advise details on how to return. Any returns that are not defective, will incur a 20% restocking fee and returns are at the customers' expense. Unfortunately, we can't accept returns of any sprays, oils or earrings for hygiene reasons. We also can't refund the initial or return postage costs
